Common questions
What is a credit and how many do I need?
Credits are the usage unit for hosted generation runs. A typical product content generation uses a small number of credits. Monthly plans reset credits each billing period.
What happens when I run out of credits?
On Operator and Studio Max, you can top up with a PAYG refill pack. Agency plans include both monthly credits and the option to use BYOK for direct runtime alongside hosted credits.
What is BYOK and do I need it?
BYOK lets you connect your own API key directly. Most operators don't need it — Hosted works out of the box. BYOK is available on Agency Pro and Agency White for operators who want direct cost visibility or runtime control.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Launchpad is free with 30 credits per month on one site so you can run the core generation workflow before committing to a paid plan.
